Neelesh Marik

Neelesh Marik is a student, researcher and practitioner whose work brings over three decades of experience in business with an immersive exploration of philosophy, psychology, complexity, transdisciplinarity and the evolution of consciousness.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Bangalore, he has worked across consumer, industrial, technology and service businesses in India and internationally, and has coached and mentored leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals engaged in questions of personal and organisational transformation.

For many years, his intellectual and spiritual exploration has centred on Integral Yoga and the work of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. This has led to a sustained inquiry into the relationship between inner transformation and outer change, and into the possibility that human beings may participate consciously in the further development of humanity and civilisation.

Purna - A School of Conscious Evolution is a fruit of that labour.
